Free Initial Consultation

Western Migration offers a 30-minute free initial consultation with our experienced migration agent. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your situation in depth, enabling us to assess and determine your possible visa pathways and your next steps.

Full Visa Application Service

Once we have established your potential eligibility for an Australian visa, our professional migration agent will manage your entire visa application from initial preparations through to the visa decision.When you choose the Full Visa Application Service, Western Migration will:

Provide you with a comprehensive checklist of the documents and information required for your application.

Supply you with templates of documentation and guidance on how to complete the required forms and documentation

Regularly liaise with you in relation to your application at all stages

Liaise directly with the Department of Immigration on your behalf, ensuring the visa application process is seamless.

DIY Review Services

The Department can seek further information (RFI) if they are not satisfied that the supporting evidence provided in the visa application meets the visa requirements. The quality of the response to these requests can determine whether or not the application is granted or refused. Given that an RFI has strict time frames for providing a response, they can cause additional stress for the applicant(s).

For those people who choose the DIY pathway, we offer assistance through formulating the right response and the preparation and lodgement of the RFI response submission.

Requests for Further Information

We understand that some applications are easier than others and as such you may choose to prepare and manage your own application. Should you wish to have your application reviewed our migration agent, we offer a two-part review service.

Part 1 – Once you have prepared your visa application, we will provide you with written feedback on your application forms and supporting documents, outlining any items missed or overlooked.

Part 2 – Once your application is ready to be lodged, we will conduct a final review.

Administrative Appeals Tribunal Service

If you have had your visa application recently refused, you might be able to appeal the refusal decision with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. This Tribunal has the authority and power to review administrative decisions made by the Australian Government. Decisions made by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to refuse or cancel visas can be reviewed by The Migration and Refugee Division.

Western Migration can conduct a comprehensive review of your case, including the reasons for the refusal as well providing advice on what to do next. We can also act as your representatives at the AAT should you decide to appeal.
